Workflows and handovers
Identify duplicated steps, unclear decisions and work that stalls between people. Map the process and assign clear owners.
BASED IN YEREVAN · WORKING WORLDWIDE
I help professional services teams, nonprofits and growing businesses turn scattered work into clear workflows, reliable reporting and practical systems. We start with the process that needs attention and build something your team can use.
Discuss a process Կարդալ հայերենTHE WORK
I help small and growing organisations make everyday work easier to manage. An engagement begins with a particular process: what starts it, who owns each step, where information lives and what a good result looks like. You receive a practical recommendation and, where agreed, an editable tool or documented workflow your team can use.
This work fits professional services teams handling clients and deadlines, and nonprofits coordinating partners, programmes and reports. I am based in Yerevan and work with teams in Armenia and remotely with clients elsewhere.
COMMON PROBLEMS
Identify duplicated steps, unclear decisions and work that stalls between people. Map the process and assign clear owners.
Set out the information needed, messages to send, checks to complete and the next person responsible.
Build a tracker or reporting routine that shows deadlines, risks and next actions without adding unnecessary administration.
HOW AN ENGAGEMENT WORKS
For a defined first step, see the Operations Audit. I can scope implementation separately if the team needs support after the audit.
EXPERIENCE
I bring more than 15 years of experience across professional services, programme management and humanitarian coordination. That includes nine years managing B2B client work in London and current programme leadership in Armenia. Recent builds include a private operations CRM, an invoicing workspace and an email review console. Earlier projects include an inventory and order workflow and a scheduling and follow-up system. These examples show process design; they are not claims of measured client savings.

QUESTIONS
Often the first improvement is clearer ownership or a better use of tools you already have. A new platform is considered only if the process and requirements justify it.
Yes. I work in Armenian and English and can design handovers and reporting around both local and international stakeholders.
We can assess a narrow AI-supported task as part of a workflow review. The decision depends on the data involved, the team’s ability to check outputs and whether the tool saves useful time. I do not assume AI is the right answer for every process.
Email a short description of the process, who uses it and where it gets stuck. We can then define a small review with concrete outputs.
