PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WORKFLOWS · OCTOBER 2026
Turn a mailbox snapshot into a reviewable work queue.
I built a private review console for a professional services workflow. It organises exported email records into practical queues, captures review decisions and helps prepare the next action without automatically sending correspondence.
- Review queues
- Human approval
- Daily reporting

The operational challenge
A mailbox contains useful evidence, but a folder or message subject is not a reliable statement of current status. Reviewers need the original context, clear priorities and a way to distinguish confirmed facts from suggestions or missing information.
What I designed and built
- Searchable records and review queues built from imported mailbox snapshots.
- Saved review notes, priorities and follow-up flags, with a change history.
- Reusable draft wording with checks for current evidence, dates and review status.
- Work allocations with an owner, next action, due date and completion status.
- Daily reporting that separates recorded message activity from changes to saved drafts.
- Copy and download outputs for a controlled handover to the existing workflow.
Design decisions
Missing data is shown as unavailable, rather than counted as zero. Suggestions remain subject to review, and changes to a draft invalidate its previous checks. This makes the limits of an imported snapshot visible at the point where someone is deciding what to do.
What is in place: An implemented private review console with saved decisions, draft preparation and reporting. It currently uses manual imports; a live mailbox connection and scheduled delivery are separate integration work.
The console does not send emails, verify current balances or replace the source systems. The public example contains no client names or correspondence.
