Who handles your information
Hagop Ipdjian handles personal consultancy enquiries. HIOPS UK LIMITED handles information relating to company engagements. The supplier identified in your proposal or contract is responsible for your engagement records. For website or privacy questions, email hagop@hagopipdjian.com. Company contact details are on the company information page.
Enquiries and working together
If you email about a project, the information you provide is used to respond, discuss the work and, where agreed, deliver services and administer the engagement. This may include your name, business contact details, correspondence and relevant project or billing information.
The purposes are responding to legitimate business enquiries, taking steps towards and carrying out a contract, and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations. Information is retained for as long as needed for the enquiry or engagement and any applicable legal or accounting requirements.
Public website and HI Tools
The public HI Tools process your entries in your browser. Their code does not send those entries to a server or save them in browser storage. Copying, downloading and printing happen when you choose them. Please check any exported file before sharing it.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Visiting the site makes the technical requests needed to serve these resources, which can include your IP address and browser information. The public site code does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Service providers and private workspaces
Relevant hosting, email and business service providers process information as needed to support enquiries and agreed services. Services may process information in countries outside your own. Access to project information is limited to those who need it for the agreed work. Private client systems have their own access arrangements; the public tools’ browser-only behaviour does not describe every private system.
Your choices and rights
You can contact the relevant supplier to ask about your information, request access or correction, or raise a concern. Depending on applicable law and the reason information is held, you may also have rights to request deletion or restriction, object to processing, or obtain a portable copy. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations.
You may raise a data protection concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your relevant local supervisory authority. Start by emailing hagop@hagopipdjian.com so the concern can be addressed.
