This notice does not claim exclusive rights in standard mathematical formulas, general business methods, your inputs, or third-party materials. Third-party fonts and other separately licensed assets remain subject to their respective owners’ terms.

What you may do

You may use the tools through this website for personal and commercial business work. You may copy, download, edit and use the results you generate, including in your client work. You retain any rights you already hold in the information you enter.

What is reserved

Permission to use the tools and their results does not include permission to copy or redistribute the tool software, republish the interface, remove ownership notices, rebrand the tools, sell copies or offer them as your own hosted service. Any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.

Your information

The tools run in your browser. The tool code does not transmit your entries to a server, save them in browser storage or send messages. Copy and download happen only when you choose them. The website’s normal hosting and font requests do not include your tool entries.

Check results before using them

Calculations are scenarios based on your inputs and the stated assumptions. Draft messages and checklists are starting points for your review. They do not verify source records, issue invoices, send correspondence or provide tailored legal, tax or investment advice.
